  • Communicate with course participants and their parents/guardians/teachers where appropriate

Access to personal data is strictly limited to the two co-directors of Alight Productions. Both are DBS checked and trained in handling data securely and ethically.

Withdrawal of Consent for Public Posts

If you have previously given consent for us to share an image or creative work on social media or our website, and later withdraw that consent, we will either:

  • Remove the post entirely, or
  • Anonymise it by removing any identifying information (e.g. the participant’s name or school), depending on your preference and the context.
