Return To Kom
Return to Kom is a powerful theatrical experience that celebrates cultural heritage, resilience, and the importance of rebuilding. Blending puppetry, Cameroonian music, and storytelling, this production invites young audiences on an immersive journey across landscapes, communities, and time.
The Story
When a strange portal opens between worlds, a group of animal characters find themselves separated from their home in Kom, Cameroon. As they navigate new surroundings, they must work together to find their way back, drawing on teamwork, music, and the power of friendship.
The group learns that, even in times of great change or uncertainty, unity and culture can help us reconnect and create something new.
Set against a backdrop inspired by Cameroon’s Kom culture, Return to Kom explores themes of cultural identity and connection.
