Welcome to the Alight Productions website and platform (“Platform”). By accessing or using our Platform, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the Platform.

Our Platform is designed for all learners — including children, teenagers, adults, parents, and teachers.

If you submit creative work as part of a course, we will treat it respectfully and in line with our Privacy Policy.

  • We can’t guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform
  • We may update, suspend, or remove parts of the site at any time
  • While we strive for accuracy, we don’t guarantee all content is error-free or fully up to date

Unless otherwise noted:

  • All content on the Platform (including text, images, characters, videos, and curriculum materials) belongs to Alight Productions
  • You may not copy, reuse, or modify any of our materials without written permission.

Unauthorised use of Alight Productions’ content — including course materials, characters, branding, or curriculum — may result in legal action. We take intellectual property rights seriously and will pursue infringement where necessary to protect our work.

  • Any creative work submitted by learners remains their own property

6. Data & Privacy

We take privacy seriously. By using the Platform, you agree to our handling of data as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

In summary:

  • We only collect the information needed to deliver our services and give feedback
  • All data is securely stored and never shared without consent
  • Parents/guardians can request access to or deletion of their child’s data at any time

  • We provide our services “as is”, without guarantees or warranties
  • We are not liable for technical interruptions, loss of data, or misuse by users
  • We do not accept responsibility for the actions of third-party providers or external links

8. Suspension or Termination
